The paper considers the influence of thermal and kinetic factors on the degree of plastic transformation of a particle.
To determine material properties under dynamic loading, a mathematical model obtained based on Taylor’s impact problem is used.
The conducted research works have shown that in addition to the particle velocity its plastic transformation degree is significantly influenced by parameters and , tightly coupled with particle heating temperature via mechanical properties of the material.
Thus, as temperature grows from 20° С to 1250° С, yield strength and strengthening parameter of the prayed-on material particle decrease by factors of over 15 and over 44 respectively, the value of parameter being decreased by factor of 2, which facilitates the transfer of the material from elastically deformed to plastic state, taking into consideration the inverse exponential relationship.

The similar approach prove physical effects of the CF which use leads to decrease in the thermal-mechanical stresses as a whole affecting technological system of cutting.
In the machining of some materials application of CF is not recommended because of high probability of decrease in physical mechanical properties of these materials (titanic, magnesium, beryllium alloy, etc.) in connection with their high propensity to adsorption of gases and a matching sharp decline of superficial physical mechanical properties.
It is obvious also, that the weakest link of technological system of dry machining is the cutting tool which is exposed to the most intensive affecting the thermal mechanical stresses originating during of cutting.
Such sampling is rather restricted consequence of necessity of observance of demands of compatibility of thermal-mechanical characteristics of connected layers (factors of thermal expansion, modulus of elasticity and etc).

Cavitation Effect to the Hydraulic Piston Pump Flow Pulsation Zhang Huan1, a 1Department of Electromechanical, Chengdu Technological University, Chengdu 611730, China ayyyhhhlll2013@126.com Key words: water hydraulics; axial piston pump; flow pulsation; cavitations; CFD Abstract: The flow pulsation is one of the main factors, which affect the performance of water hydraulic piston pump, and cavitation also has importance effect on flow pulsation.
As the key element of hydraulic pressure system, the performance of hydraulic pump affects the performance of the whole hydraulic system directly.

Optimization of torsional dynamic properties of hydraulic excavator slewing transmission mechanism Zhaojun Li1, a, Yuling Zhang1, b , Tao Mao1, c , Xujuan Yang1, d 1 College of Mechanical Engineering, Guangxi University, Nanning, 530004, China aglenlzj@126.com, bzhangyuling241@126.com, c506341572@qq.com, dyxj13@163.com Keywords: Hydraulic Excavator, Slewing Transmission Mechanism, Dynamic Property, Optimization Abstract.
The optimization problem of the planetary transmission mechanism have been studied by many scholars[3-5], but the various factors affecting the slewing transmission mechanism are not fully considered, especially the effects of the structure parameters and positional parameters of the hydraulic excavator on the dynamic performance of the planetary gear transmission of slewing transmission mechanism, so it is necessary to have a deepgoing analysis and research to that type of problem.
And when is smaller, the stability and the torsional dynamic properties of slewing transmission mechanism are better.
So the torsional dynamic properties of slewing transmission mechanism can be improved by optimizing .

It can be seen from Table 2 that the possible reason was the multiple factors affecting the behavior of anchors with embedment depth 8 ~10d under tensile load, resulting in uncertainty in the failure mode and greater variance in the ultimate load.
The minimum embedment depth for steel failure represents the basic requirement, which is also affected by material properties of the steel, ingredients and properties of the adhesive;A combined failure includes a concrete cone failure and a bond failure below it.
The selection of τ is an important matter. τ is related to the chemical constituents and the mechanical properties of the mortar, the way of handling during installation as well as the anchor diameter.
The failure mechanism and factors affecting combine failure are rather complicated.

However, heat treatment generally causes a apparent decrease in wood mechanical properties due to the material loses in cell wall, hemicellulose degradation and the modification of long chain molecules[6-7].
The target in this research was to determine how heat treatment affects these physical properties of Douglas fir wood.
In all of the above factors, the decrease in hemicellulose content of wood is usually believed the main factor to decrease the hygroscopicity of wood.
Further studies are in progress to determine if heat treatment affects the microscopic structure, chemical composition and combustion properties of wood.

There are many factors[4, 5], which can affect the geometrical shape, such as whether it can improve the ability to resist buckling, whether it can make automatic guiding and centering come true when stretching, whether it can improve the rigidity, as well as the actual situation of the factory manufacturability.
At the same time, to eliminate the effects of factors other than section, the height, width and thickness of two sections was set at the same value.
