Therefore, composite materials with high strength and low density are always adopted to make the modern flywheel [2].
The performance of the common materials that flywheel adopts is shown as Table 1: TABLE .I.
The parameters of the materials Material σ ρ σ/ρ aluminum 0.6 2.8 0.21 steel 2.8 8.0 0.35 glass fiber 3.4 2.5 1.36 carbon fiber 3.5 1.8 1.94 Shown as Figure2, the shapes of composite flywheel rotor mainly are multi-layer hollow cylindrical, solid disc, edge type, constant stress disc and variable inertia belt flywheel, etc.
Conclusions Flywheel energy storage technology is a new interdisciplinary science which is the collection of mechanical science and technology, electrical science and technology, information science and technology as well as control science and the technology.

The formation microstructure of cementitious materials in the its hydrated process is the gene of current concrete[2], whose distribution and composition affect directly its macro-properties.
Materials and Mix Proportions Materials.
Meanwhile the pore structure of cement pastes is improved, then the formation microstructure becomes compacter, which are the advantage to the strength development of cementitious materials.

The large setting angle of feeding screen surface could make the materials spread rapidly and go through the screen easily after entering the feeding screen, reduce screen surface wear, and increase the handling capacity per unit area; the diminishing setting angle of intermediate screen and discharge screen can lower relatively the speed of materials and improve the screening efficiency.

Then the rapid prototyping machine will control nozzles according to the NC program, extrude the fusion materials directly, cool and freeze them in certain temperature, transfer heat from fusion materials to noumenon, and combine them together.
The raw materials that have been used are the filament ABS plastic.
Extrude unit crams these materials into nozzles, and melts them by a process of gradually heating until molten state.
