Abstract.
Material and experimental procedures The material used in the present work was a 95 mm-diameter extruded bar of Ti-6Al-4V supplied from Allegheny technologies.
Using these parameters, processing maps for two microstructures were evaluated based on the Dynamic Materials Model (DMM) as shown in Fig. 3 [5].

Introduction
Screening machine is the device that classifies granular materials according to particle size, which forced material relative motion and let the granular material through the screen.
In order to improve the efficiency of screening, people carry out long-term research of vibrator structure, vibration frequency and vibration mode, the screen structure and materials and supporting mode.
Thus, effectively solve the problem of sticky wet material.
