The results are basically consistent with the measured data, and it will be useful to thermal crown calculation and strip flatness control.
So the Bland-Ford model is used in this paper, the model is shown in eq.1 (1) where Where is the plastic zone rolling force, is elastic zone rolling force, and are entry and exit thickness of unit i, is strip width, is flattened radius, is tension influence coefficient, is friction coefficient; is average deformation resistance, is adaptive learning coefficient, and is reduction rate.
The distribution of tensile stress is shown in Fig. 5, the change of the tensile stress is sharp in the edge of strip, especially in stand 1, because the rolling reduction of stand 1 is bigger than other stands, the tensile stress deviation of strip edge is larger.
According to the comparison of calculated data and measured data, the maximum difference between the calculated rolling force and the measured rolling force is less than 10%, and the result of contact pressure between rolls and tensile stress are reasonable.

As an important basis of retrieving stored data, the design of rowkey will directly affect the efficiency and success rate of retrieving data in HBase database.
By classifying information and encoding the data type in rowkey design by Huffman coding, data type can be effectively bound with the data content in order to provide the efficient solution for class-based information retrieving.
A large part of these data are unstructured data, so many limitations are exposed when using the traditional relational database to deal with massive unstructured data.
These multiple versions of data sort in descending order, so the visitor can access the latest data first.
The rowkey design, offered by OpenTSDB[7],is asked to bind data to a series of labels and timestamp when generating data.

Data and methods Data Simulation.
The PROSPECT-5 model was used to simulate spectral reflectance data in this study.
The precision of simulated data depends on the floating-point’s word size rather than the precision of the experimental data.
According to Jacquemoud et al. [12], the optimal value of N is 1.4, averaged from experimental data.

The system which can analyze slope stability based on data mining including fuzzy clustering analysis, regression analysis, extension evaluation etc has provided with more powerful slope stability functions and is easy to be integrated.
At present conditions a feasible solution is to assume some possible sliding surfaces(enumeration method) ,calculate the coefficient of slope safety Fs respectively and take the minimum value as the basis of slope stability analysis. 3.2 Establishing a database and an analyzing model To import data measured from the field to a certain database, for instance, Windows Access,SQL,Oracle, is preparing work for the system to use the data easily.
It is preferable to develop a software with graphical user interface(GUI) and achieve the function of inquiring and editing data conveniently via programming.
The key component is to secondarily develop a calculating tool to match spatial data in GIS with data required in model calculating and to reveal the results.
The slope stability system which was developed based on GIS can analyze slope stability based on data mining including fuzzy clustering analysis, regression analysis, extension evaluation.

First of all, according to the schedule of construction, data collected progress in the process, and the data collection and analysis.
Then, the actual schedule data analysis results compared with the original schedule, progress deviation value are obtained.
Aiming at this problem, Esin Ergen a, Bureu Akinci b, Rafael Saeks c did three tests used to verify RFID data collection effect in different environment, a test: test object is prefabricated.
Within the component yard mobile tower crane with reader, succeeded in identifying all of the prefabricated steel components, data exchange 100% accuracy.

Isogeometric finite element methods and more recently boundary element methods have been successfully applied to problems in mechanical engineering and have led to an increased accuracy and a reduction in simulation effort.
Based on an example of a spherical excavation we show that a significant reduction in the number of parameters for describing the excavation boundary as well as an improved quality of the results can be obtained.
We would like to point out, that regarding the geometry the error of the isogeometric geometry representation is determined by the precision of the input data.
The numerical results demonstrated that, compared to a conventional isoparametric analysis, a significant reduction in the parameters to describe the geometry and a gain in accuracy of the results can be achieved.

A plasticity model based on tensile test data was adopted as a material model for simulation.
Modeling Details Material data The flow stress behavior at a strain rate of 10-3 s-1 during tensile testing can be characterized by a plasticity model [8] given by equation: σ=65-45exp-29ε (1) where σ is the flow stress during deformation, and ε is the plastic strain.
From the experimental results, the thickness reduction of 54 % is also found at this corner.
Table 4 presents the forming strain rate data obtained from the simulations.
Simulations showed the presence of localized thinning areas, where the forming sheet had started thinning (22 % thickness reduction) during hot drawing.
