Thus, the failure of packaging materials is one of the most important reasons of lifetime reduction of the whole LED models.
In order to monitor the luminance varying during aging test, online test was designed to acquire the luminance data.
Then, the computer collected the measuring data by acquisition software.
Thus only the luminance reduction was regarded as failure criterion.
Moreover, the pure chip sample had a relatively high reliability for the luminance reduction was only 8%.

1 Introduction

To explore an new method of land-use structure optimization. 2 Study area and data sources Zhangye City is located in the west of Gansu Province, and in the middle section of “Hexi Corridor” with a coordinate at east longitude 97°20′~102°12’, north latitude 37°28′~39°57′.
In order to compare with the “Zhangye Land Use General Plan (2006-2020) ”, this passage’s study with 2005 as the based period, used Zhangye City land change investigation data and set 2020 as the target year, and also used history statistic data and “the 12th five year plan” of Zhangye City, other useful data have been used for collection of social data and energy consumption data. 3 Research process 3.1 Linear Programming Model This passage is based on the present status of Zhangye City land use and the direction of land structure adjustment.
Overall, the scheme II mainly by the way that controlling the expansion of high carbon emission to achieve carbon reduction targets.

The stored real-time data can reach 1600 groups of data.
MAX232 controls the data input and output through R1I and T1OUT, and also the serial port is utilized for the data transmission between the system and the computer.
The remote GSM data transmission is implemented through the AT command.
The comparison on the actual measurement data and theoretical data under the 29.5℃ environment is shown in the table 1.

Numerical Example Analysis
In order to study power generation rights trade model under the complementary mechanism of wind and thermal power, this papers collects the data of thermal power and wind power generating units in a given area in our country.Since the complementary mechanism of wind and thermal power is used for reducing wind energy curtailment and increasing wind power integration, therefore when carries on the network loss allocation, wind power should be responsible for a greater proportion of the loss allocation fee,this paper assumes that wind power for loss allocation proportion is 70%, at the same time this paper assume that generation rights network loss in this region is 2%, when the wind and thermal power generation trading , loss allocation coefficients are, .
There are 4 thermal power units and 2 wind power generation units in this region, thermal power generating data are shown in Table 1.
According to the principle of the “high-high matching”, and referring to Table 1 to arrange the unit cost of the thermal units power generation by descending order,and arrange the pool purchase price of the wind turbines by descending order based on the above data setting to complete the trade, the final matching results are shown in Table 3.
In terms of the whole power generation costs before or after the generation rights trade, after the trade, since thermal power units transferred power to wind turbines to generate power, a significant reduction in the whole cost of generating power decreased by about 68% compared with before the generation rights trade.

A number of techniques are available for the synthesis of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) including chemical reduction, photochemical, sonochemical, etc. [2].
Nanoparticles synthesis by reduction techniques involves plants and microorganisms as reducing agents.
Reduction of Ag+ to Ag0 was confirmed by the colour change of solution from colourless to brown.
The analysis of UV-Visible spectroscopy data showed an appearance of surface plasmon resonance peak (SPR) at the wavelength range of 465–473 nm, which corresponds to AgNPs production.
XRD patterns of synthesized AgNPs showed that all of the main peaks were indexed as AgNPs with the face centered cubic (fcc) lattice of silver, as shown in the standard data (JCPDS file No.01-087-0719).

With the comparison between these three parameter systems, the system based on types of participating industry is easy to understand but the data is usually inaccurate; the system based on individuals can obtain the precise data but is hard to apply.
In this paper, the welfare of environment improvement can be measured by emission reduction per greener vehicle contributes[6].
Therefore, once the relevant data can be determined,the environmental improvement effectiveness of urban rail transit can be calculated.
Then we use the calculation model of environmental influence cost per km per bus to measure the pollutant reduction results from appearance of the urban rail transit.
With the comparison between these three parameter systems, the system based on types of participating industry is easy to understand but the data is usually inaccurate; the system based on individuals can obtain the precise data but is hard to apply.
