Within these materials, mesoporous bioactive glasses (MBGs) stand out having large surface area and exhibiting a capacity of being functionalized with a large variety of moieties [2].
Materials and methods Mesoporous silica-based glasses were synthesized by using commercially available nonionic surfactant Pluronic 123 (Sigma-Aldrich), as the structure directing agent.

This new material could replace, locally, the current material used in the main structure
of the exhaust system (AISI 316L).
The widespread use of this class of materials is mainly due to their thermomechanical properties, such as high working temperature, high resistance to corrosion and erosion and relatively high yield and tensile strengths.

At the same time, the cementitious materials and additives used in SCC are much more than that of used in ordinary concrete, which will cause SCC to generate shrinkage cracks easily and deteriorate its durability.
However, some disadvantage factors in SCC, such as large dosages of cementitious materials and additives, also cause the SCC have large amount of shrinkage and easy to crack [6].
Materials and experimental Materials.
