The 12 nodes shell elements and MAT 106 (material model 106) in LS-DYNA are selected.
MAT 106 in LS-DYNA is selected and it is an elastic viscoplastic material model with thermal effects.
MAT 106 is selected in the blank, which may enter data tables of the material as a function of temperature including stress-strain, Young’s modulus, Poisson’s ratio, thermal conductivity, heat capacity and so on Material mechanical properties.

The experimental results show that the RC columns strengthened with steel tube take full advantage of loading properties of both materials, thus greatly improve the bearing capacity of specimens.
The procedure of RC column strengthened with steel tube is producing RC column firstly, then packing the steel tube, pouring into high strength grouting material lastly so that make them work together.

These materials offer good weldability due their inherent ductility.
It is thus possible to rebuild lost material onto an existing substrate layer by layer [6].
An advanced process such as LMF technology can only be fully exploited by an interdisciplinary approach and by combining know-how of different areas such as material science/design, process control and automation technology.
Joining by laser welding becomes increasingly important for the realization of novel part manufacturing concepts such modular component design, i.e. the high strength joining of dissimilar materials.

The materials of the cylinder, the guide pipe and the welding material were ZG15Cr2Mo1, 1Cr9Mo1VNbN and AWS 5. 11 ENiCrFe-1, respectively.
Introduction Compare to the supercritical unit, the steam temperature and pressure of the ultra-supercritical unit have a certain degree of improvement, which puts forward higher requirements on key components of power plant and materials, including the thermal properties of materials, strong anti-corrosion and high temperature oxidation, the cold and hot processing performance, especially the welding performance of [1-2].
The materials of the cylinder and the pipe were ZG15Cr2Mo1 and 1Cr9Mo1VNbN respectively.
The materials of the dissimilar weld joints were P91 and ZGCr2Mo1, and the welding material was NiCrFe-1.

The sandwich core is made of a commercial thermoset SMP epoxy system, DP5.1, while Aluminum and steel are considered as the skin materials.
The critical buckling stress and strain of the metallic skins are much lower than the elastic ultimate values of the materials.
The results show that the compressed metallic skin is buckled at a very low packaging curvature, which is lower than the ultimate values of materials.
