The results of fancy yarns application did not come up to expectations, but mathematically, there are finite supplies of basic raw materials in the country, theoretically, there are very limited resources to provide and guide enterprises and designers.
Thirdly, due to lack of professional designers, and knowledge of equipment, materials and technology and as well as not having compete grasp of the influence many style elements, performance and application have greatly limited the fancy sweater.
Experimental materials:3 materials in different proportion: #1dyed fancy yarn of shorter proportion and equal circulation (4~5cm); #2longer proportion and equal circulation (12~17cm); and #3 a combination of #1 and #2 plus non equidistant dyed fancy yarn (4~5:30~33cm).

Introduction The high current pulsed electron beam (HCPEB) technique has been proven to be an efficient method for surface modification of different metallic materials, which may improve the overall performance of modified material such as microhardness, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance [1-3].
In this case, nanostructure materials are unstable relative to the amorphous as they exhibit a higher free energy.
It is reasonably expected to utilize the surface nano-crystallization to improve the mechanical property of engineering materials by means of the HCPEB technique [10]. 3.
Summary This article describes the principle and characteristics of HCPEB treatment of materials.

On this basis, some improvement opinions were put forward: using the raw material with low Mn, S and P; reducing the S content with pretreatment of hot metal; controlling the content of C and Mn respectively in C: 0.18 ~ 0.23%, Mn:1.20~1.30%; extending argon blowing time at argon flushing station, using electromagnetic stirring technology; controlling the cooling rate at 15 ℃/s.
Test Materials and Methods The materials used in the test were: HRB400, absolute ethyl alcohol(AR), nitric acid(AR).
The rolling process in the enterprise include: raw materials preparation → heating→ rolling →water-cooling, finishing.

Experimental blanking die Table 1 shows mechanical properties of the work materials to be blanked in the experiment, from Table 1, we can see the work materials include 3 types SPCC sheet steel, 2 types sheet aluminum and 2 types sheet copper, and their thickness, hardness and tensile strength have been measured in the experiment.
Table 1 Mechanical properties of the work materials Work Materials Thickness (mm) HV Hardness (MPa) SPCC 1.5 116 300 SPCC 1.0 124 320 SPCC 0.5 148 380 AL 2.0 37 90 AL 1.0 40 100 H62 1.5 81 300 H62 1.0 85 310 Experimental Results and Analysis.
In addition, read by noise meter is uncertain for some materials with lower HV hardness and lower tensile strength, even lower than press machine’s no-load noise value.
It is clearly defined that Eq. 2 only applies to those materials whose HV hardness is from 10 to 600[5].
