Hydrodynamic tensile failure model was used to describe the spalling and cavitation of projectile and shell material.

Introduction
With sound development of computer science and artificial intelligence, e-learning will become increasingly important in network education or learning after class.
Because fields related to basic science and methods of solving problem belong to the objective maturity theory, so intelligent tutoring belongs to automatic processing of objective maturity problems.
The system can serve as not only a tool for the students learning and tutoring, but also an assistant to teachers inquiring relative material.

Introduction
Modeling of materials processes has been one of significant attractive research fields on materials
science and technology in recent years, whilst modeling of flow stress and microstructure evolution of
advanced materials during thermomechanical processes, which is necessary in the prediction of
as-deformed microstructure and in optimization and controlling of the accordingly potential
mechanical properties of the products, is receiving considerable attention for its essential significance
in industrial applications.

Table 1 shows mechanical properties of the work materials to be blanked in the experiment, from Table 1, we can see the work materials include 3 types SPCC sheet steel, 2 types sheet aluminum and 2 types sheet copper, and their thickness, hardness and tensile strength have been measured in the experiment.
