In plunge milling operation, a larger radial cutting depth is always selected in order to improve processing efficiency, while the titanium alloy is a kind of material which is difficult to process, thus the milling force is relative large and the chatter vibration is easy to happen in plunge milling operations.

Introduction Section material extrusion has widely applied in industry, especially in production of constructive materials.
Fig.1 experiment model (a) Rectangle dies (b) T-shaped dies (a) (b) 2.2 Model material and deformation material The model material should satisfy the request of photoelastic experiment while possessing similar stress-strain curve with real dies material.
The interface of dies and deforming material support directly the force of deforming material and the pressure the interface endures is equal to the force of deforming material in opposite direction.

However, owing both to the excellent properties of the original materials, in particular, Japanese Hinoki tree, and to the good conditions at the site, approximately 80% of the timbers materials are surviving from the original construction.
In order to solve this problem, the light materials of bark or bronze plate were usually used after the medieval period as the roofing materials for new construction of pagodas.
This alteration of roofing materials also might contribute to improvement of seismic performance, but might not contributed to wind performance.
The roofing materials of this pagoda are copper plates, indicating that this timber pagoda is lighter than the pagoda utilizing tiles with a mud layer for roofing.
