Johnson-Cook's model
is employed as the constitutive law for the workpiece material.
However, the machining process of metal cutting is quite complex, relating to physics, mechanics, elastic-plastic theory, metal material, thermology and superficial science (tribology) and so on.
Material Model.
Johnson-Cook model describes material yielding flow properties of the cutting region more exactly.

Introduction
As clay materials has certain adhesion effect, so when clay materials move, there is the relative velocity between layer and layer, thus the clay materials squeezed out from the movement will be stratified [1].
After measurement [8], clay materials Newton viscosity ηN =1.09×103Pa•s, plastic viscosity ηP=1.09×103Pa•s, apparent viscosity ηS=2. 37×103Pa•s, the yield limit clay materials fv=1.018×104Pa, reamer speed for N = 30r/min.
(2) The thickness of clay materials pasted on the modified hub can be decreased by 50%.
The thickness of clay materials pasted on the modified Spiral face can be decreased by 42.3%.
