The key factor affecting machining effect is forming equipment of swirling flow, whose structure
is designed in terms of tangential fluidic principle, and which is mainly made up of nozzle, swirling
head, adjustable cushion and wire net etc.
The dimension of particle is 95mm and spherical (granularity is180 # and material is Corundum), its loading quantity about 2g, nozzle angle 106 and diameter 94 mm, Ra is examined per minute (cycling time is 30 and cycling period is 2 s), the procedure repeats 8times and particles is replaced per time.

It can be used to refine, deburr, strengthen surface, rinse and remove oxide on the surface of precise hole for different sizes and different materials.

Case calculation
The material of BTA deep-hole boring bar is forging high alloy steel, where E=214×103 Mpa, G=82.9×103 Mpa, ρs=7.87×103 kg/m3 and ρf=0.865×103 kg/m3.
