To do this, samples of the stems and ears (20 grams each) were washed with distilled water, then burned in ceramic enameled crucibles covered with a lid in a muffle furnace at room atmosphere for 4 hours at 450 C°.

It is a trend to integrate some common spacecraft engineering requirements into one chip to take the place of FPGA and some digital chips, which can miniaturize spacecraft avionics and reduce the repeated work for spacecraft engineers.
Besides, there are 1553B bus protocol IP cores, CAN bus interface, and abundant peripherals, which can satisfy most of the routine engineering requirements in small satellites.
This ASIC chip adopts 180nm process technology, 2.7cm x 2.7cm CBGA (ceramic ball grid array) package, 276 pins.
