Evaluation of Organic Thin Film Solar Cells Using 3-Diode Equivalent Circuit Model with Inverted Diode Yuya Sakurada1,a, Yasuyuki Ota1,b, Hiroki Watanabe2, Hideyuki Murata2,c and Kensuke Nishioka1,d 1Faculty of Engineering, University of Miyazaki, 8892192, Miyazaki, Japan 2Graduate School of Materials Science, Japan Advanced Institute of Science and Technology, 9231292, Ishikawa, Japan ata10009@student.miyazaki-u.ac.jp (corresponding author), by-ota@cc.miyazaki-u.ac.jp, cmurata-h@jaist.ac.jp, dnishioka@cc.miyazaki-u.ac.jp Keywords: Organic solar cell, Equivalent circuit, 3-diode model with inverted diode, Heat treatment Abstract.
So far, the power conversion efficiency has steadily improved through the use of new materials and device structures.
However the electrical properties of bulk hetero junction organic solar cells depend on many factors such as the formation of interpenetrating network of p-type and n-type materials, and it is difficult to analyze the properties by the simple equivalent circuit model.
The cell consisted of PEDOT:PSS (poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythio phene):poly(styrenesulfonate)) as electrically conducting polymer molecule, P3HT(poly (3-hexylthiophene)) as p-type polymer molecule, PCBM([6,6]-phenyl -C61 butyric acid methyl ester) as n-type material of fullerene derivatives.

Effect of Random Defects on Dynamic Response of Honeycomb Structures Zhijun Zhenga and Jilin Yub CAS Key Laboratory of Mechanical Behavior and Design of Materials, University of Science and Technology of China, Hefei, Anhui 230026, P.
Introduction Cellular metals have shown great potential applications as energy-absorbing materials.
Experimental investigation is the essential means to obtain the mechanical behavior of materials, but there are some limitations associated to dynamic tests of cellular metals [1].
Results and Discussion Different deformation patterns can be found in the dynamic crushing of cellular materials.
At a very high impact velocity, a progressive layer-by-layer collapse band forms from the impact end, and the deformation occurs like a shock wave propagating through the cellular materials.
