An example of the well-studied 2D materials are transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDs).
The crystals of such layered materials can be cleaved down to a single monolayer (ML).
In the effort to understand these properties, several studies were performed to measure the surface characteristics of bulk and thin film materials.

Introduction Fiber-reinforced composite materials was be used widely in various engineering applications due to their high specific stiffness, high strength and low weight.
Laminated composite is the most style of fiber-reinforced composite materials in application.
But failure mechanism of composite materials is not yet fully understood in the world.

The electrically conductive fibers can be intrinsically conductive or become conductive by coating/blending or integrating with electrically conductive materials.
In situ tensile tests were conducted by a SEM (Lecia Steroscan 440) equipped with a mini material tester system, which enable to observe in situ what happened on the fiber surface during extension.

It considers all thermal properties of solid material and gases are invariance with temperature.
So the regenerator inlet end is damaged easier, and the requirements of the regenerator material are higher.
In the actual production, in order to avoid affect production produced by the regenerator damage, it needs to choose high refractoriness material.
