As a new technology, terahertz time-domain spectroscopy (THz-TDS) offers advantages of no risk of radiation, high transparency for nonpolar materials, strong spectral fingerprints for crystalline materials and polar molecules, and high sensitivity in both time and frequency domains.

As the vibration energy harvesting device has many advantages, such as compact size, simple construction, and high energy density, so scientists has payed more and more attention on utilizing piezoelectric materials to transfer vibration energy into electric power in recent several years [4].
