Various kinds of micro-alloy copper and copper alloy materials are applied in the production of electric components which have wide range and a great diversity of equipment mode.
By combining form of organization and characteristic parameter, make a distinction of the metallographic structure characteristics of short circuited melted mark between the two materials.
In order to make comparison analysis of short circuited melted mark of the two materials, the thesis selects the brass strip in the power supplying socket and 1.5mm2 sub-thread copper conductor for the short circuit simulated experiment.
Select typical figures of the metallographic structure and form the short circuited melted mark metallographic phase of diverse copper alloy materials under different current conditions.

The sensor was fabricated in a standard thick film process, and an off-the-shelf resistive paste was used as a sensing material.
Metal oxides, like PtO2, IrO2, RuO2, OsO2, Ta2O5, TiO2, SnO2, ZrO2, Co2O3, WO3, PbO2, IrO2-TiO2, Bi2O3-Nb2O5, RuO2-TiO2, TiO-SnO-SnO2, yttria stabilized zirconia (YSZ), perovskite materials, like lithium lanthanum titanate, etc., were used for this application [10,11,15-24].
As compared to other pH sensitive solid state materials, RuO2 exhibits excellent sensitivity, close to the Nernstain response in a wide pH range, high accuracy and lower susceptibility to interferences caused by other ions dissolved in water [2].
It is considered as a promising material for fabricating pH and dissolved oxygen sensors.
