For strengthened beams, the groove was filled half way with epoxy, then the CFRP rod was placed inside the groove and epoxy was used to fill the groove to a height 5 mm away from the beam surface to give space for protective or decorative materials.

Introduction The study on the luminescence of rare earth complex, being the cross science of the luminescence of inorganic materials, organic materials and organism, is very important for the fundamental and applied research.
Rare earth materials are valued by their luminous intensity, good monochromaticity and so on , are widely applied in industry, agriculture, biology domain and so on[1~2].
And in the packing and printing fluorescence ink aspect, as fluorescence material, rare earth complexes have the narrow emission spectrum, the high excitation purity and fluorescence efficiency and stability , and they are green[3~4].
