Abstract: This paper describes the principle of measuring small displacement of the object by using electronic speckle pattern interferometry (ESPI).
Introduction Piezoelectric ceramic is more and more widely used at present.
The major problem is that how to measure the deformation of the piezoelectric ceramic.
Because they will change the original state of the piezoelectric ceramic, leading to measurment error.

Abstract.
Many researchers have investigated the mathematical models [1] and numerical methods [2] of the water-lubricated bearing, the performance of porous ceramic ones [3, 4] as well as the water-lubricated bearings with various geometries [5, 6].
Results and discussion Fig.1 presents the arrangement of two journal hydrostatic water-lubricated bearings used to support a rigid rotor, and the schematic of a four recess water-lubricated journal bearing.
