Fu is tensile stress and Fy is yield stress of aluminium alloy material.

Introduction In the industrial,medical and laboratory,Resistance Furnace drying theory is applied in the experimental materials or heating materials with constant temperature[1].This paper adopts fuzzy control algorithm for temperature control through a comprehensive analysis of the object resistance furnace characteristics and the conditions about equipment.The algorithm about fuzzy control achieved the good effect of temperature control in control system about temperature.We makes full use of Fuzzy Logic Toolki toolbox in the LabVIEW.Which provide a design system of complete fuzzy controller and made the design about software becoming greatly simplified[2].

Although the function of real time material removal was not supported directly by the VR software, some work around might be possible to tackle this issues; for example, collision node and shape deformation might be possible.

There are two causes of densification one is Plastic yield densification, the other is creep deformation For Plastic yielding densification Assumes effective pressure acting on particles P equal to or greater than the yield stress of material 3 times, in the starting phase yield.
For power law creeping densification, power-law form equation of creep of solid is: (Eq5) Of which σ0 and n are material property; and ; are the equivalent strain rate and stress.
Simulation conditions and material parameters are as follows: entry quality flow is 0.05kg/s, environment pressure is atmospheric pressure 101325Pa, for inspection new method, export segment loaded pressure for 10000000Pa (10MPa), environment temperature is 293.25K(20℃), water temperature maintained in 363.25K (90℃) around, explosive melt body density is 1710kg/m3, material viscosity change follow the change of temperature , viscosity curve see Fig2, Heat transfer coefficient is 0.154w/(m*K), specific heat capacity is 1008J/(Kg*K).
Material yield limit is 6MPa.
