Li Xiao-lei[2] and others used Bayer red mud and coal gangue as the main raw materials to prepare sintered bricks that could meet the requirements of GB5101-2003.
Yu Gan[3] raised that there was high calcium shale, high calcium clay and high calcium fly ash in all parts of the country, and the biggest problem was lime burst in sintering brick using these as the raw materials.
Therefore, it was suggested that the content of calcite and lime-stone must be controlled in the raw materials

Thus, in the process of making products, materials can’t flow well, the heat is not stable and the product’s thickness is not uniform.
It could well avoid burning materials which may be caused by mold’s high heat.
And taking a coating treatment by using special materials which have nice thermal conductivity can increase the mold’s heat conduction coefficient.
Because of the short and non-uniform heating time, materials flow badly.
