Zeng ShaoLun (2009) defined the evaluation index of CFPP on the basis of the material flow analysis (MFA).
There is almost no research in evaluation index that combines substance flow and value flow in the material cycle process of CFPP.
With the circulation of material and energy resources, the comparison relationship between value flow and material flow has permeated each of quantity centers in CFPP.

Keywords: Tobacco; Germplasm; Tobacco-Specific Nitrosamines (TSNAs).
For this purpose, 8 genotypes (include burley, sun-cured and flue-cured tobacco) were selected as materials, the TSNAs contents of uncured and cured leaves were assessed with LC-MS/MS.
Material and Method Tobacco Material Eight genotypes with three types of tobacco listed in table 1 were kindly provided by Nanxiong Research Institute of Guangdong Tobacco Co.
Acknowledgments This study was supported by the grants from the State Tobacco Monopoly Administration and China National Tobacco Corporation (2010[99]18), the Science and Technology Planning of Guangdong Tobacco Monopoly Administration (200903).

The paper gives an assessment of the possibility of using local mineral raw materials to create foundry alloys that are operated under natural low temperatures.
One of the primary tasks in ensuring the operability of machines and structures at low temperatures is the using of cold-resistant materials [6-10].
The purpose of this work is to evaluate the possibility of using local mineral raw materials (natural alloyed iron ore) for the production of cast alloys for low-temperature purposes.
Materials and Experimental Procedure The raw materials for melting the alloy are ferromanganese ore, selected on the territory of the Lena - Amginsky interfluve, which is part of the Lena ore field (the territory of Central Yakutia), in particular, the ore occurrence in the upper reaches of the Munduruchu river (left tributary of the Amga river).

The materials exhibiting this phenomenon are known as ‘Luminescent materials’ or ‘Phosphors’ meaning ‘light bearer’ in Greek.
The Bologna stone was thus among the first luminescent materials and the first scientifically documented material to show persistent luminescence.
By the end of the 1700s, a number of minerals and pottery materials were known to exhibit ML.
Recently, sulfide materials have regained interest due to their ability (in contrast to oxide materials) to provide a broad band, Eu2+ based red emission for use as a colour conversion material in white-light emitting diodes (LEDs).
