In order to investigate the physical mechanism for the SERS signal enhancement, the nano-hemisphere with a gold material and a PEC material were employed in our simulation.
From comparing the PEC and silver materials nano-hemisphere, the plasmonic effect is confirmed the main physical mechanism behind the electric field enhancement.

The influencing factors mainly include laser tailor-welded blank material parameter and laser welding process parameter concerning at deep drawing steel laser tailor-welded blank corrosion resistance.
Considering that the laser tailor-welded blank material is St12 and galvanized sheet, and their thickness is constantly 1.0mm, therefore, the main factors can only be selected in the welding parameters.

To achieve this, any potential improvement of cutting materials, cutting tools, conventional and nonconventional machining processes must be considered and evaluated.
The chemical composition and mechanical properties of GH4169 work-piece materials used in the experiments are shown in Tables 1 , respectively.
