A reduction in interface trap density has been observed by
growing the SiO2 using N2O precursor and subsequent anneal in NO [3] leading to an increase in
the inversion layer mobility [4].
The dashed line is a fit of the data and the solid line is the charge expected from theory.

In figure 3, Dit is plotted versus surface potential to illustrate the incompatibility of the interface state model with observed data.
The reduction in the mobility at higher doping concentration cannot be explained by reductions in the bulk mobility with increased doping.

Temperature programmed reduction was conducted using a 25 mg of catalyst on an apparatus (ChemBET Pulsar & TPR/TPD, Quantachrome).
TPR profiles of the samples exhibited two reduction peaks in the range 244˚C and 297˚C, characteristic for the reduction of CuO.
The occurrence of two reduction peaks indicates the presence of CuO species differently interacting with the ceria and zirconia matrix.
Previous authors have observed similar reduction peaks for copper based catalysts and have attributed the low-temperature (L-T) peak to the reduction of highly dispersed CuO or Cu2+ ions in an octahedral environment, whereas the high-temperature (H-T) peak to the reduction of bulk CuO[14].
The data in Table 1 indicated that the performance of bifunctional catalysts was strongly affected by Ce and Zr molar ratios, i.e. catalysts including simplex ceria or zirconia exhibited low CO2 conversion.

The ordinary Voronoi model
Voronoi structures are fundamental geometric data structures that appear naturally in a broad range of scientific areas including biology, statistics and computer science [12-15].
Fig. 4 presents the microstructures of extra low-carbon and high strength bake-hardening steel sheet for different cold rolling reductions [17] and the microstructures generated by the modified Voronoi model for the same reductions, respectively.
It can be seen that the topologies of the microstructures in which the grains are elongated, resemble those of the deform microstructures for different cold rolling reductions.
Fig. 5 shows the grain size distributions for different cold rolling reductions.
The topologies of the microstructures are similar to those of the deform microstructures for different cold rolling reductions, and the grain size distributions follow lognormal distribution.

Abstract. This document studies the deposition condition in northeast Jizhong depression by using relevant data of cores, logging and scanning electron microscope.
Permo-Carboniferous coal-bearing seriesexperienced fault, fold and uplift by denudation, but there are still large areas of residualparaliccoal-bearing series, which in Tertiary suffered secondary hydrocarbon generation and accumulation and form a favorable place for exploration [3-5].Nowdaysthe northeast of Jizhongdepression is the main area forPermo-Carboniferous residual stratum, which is the majorgas province ofHuabei oilfield, including Wen’anslope of BaXian sag,HeXiWu area in Langgu sag, Wuqingsag, Litansag and Dacheng swell FaciesIdentification Through the analysis of more than 80 wells in the study area of Permo-Carboniferousformation log data, and core detailed observation of 18 wells with a total length of about 240 m, suggested that Permo-Carboniferous formation in this area has a total of 7 kinds of main facies.
On account of the lack of outcrop in this area, logging data analysisbecomes main criterionfor faciesidentification
In Benxi Formation and Taiyuan and Shanxi Formation of this area are mainly black mudstones, dark grey and grey mudstone, indicatingit should be a reduction environment. At the top of Shanxi Formationhas light grey and sage green mudstone, reflecting the oxidation - reduction environment.

By sampling the connecting rods produced under different levels of factors and combinations, and measurement of non-coaxiality, enough data is gathered.
Reduction of non-coaxiality of connecting rod has been defined as the main goal of the research.
In the measurement step, 100 samples taken and normality of this data tested using the Anderson - Darling method and the normality verified with respect to great calculated P-value.
By using 100 samples data, process standard deviation calculated and the number of required samples specified according to the process standard deviation and desired confidence level as follows: According to the calculated n, the number of samples increased to 155 samples and the current condition of process specified exactly: Process Sigma level=1.58 After finishing the measurement, based on the calculated , research definition completed more and renamed as “reduction of Non-coaxiality to 0.07 mm or less”.

The results indicate that hot corrosive gas
mainly causes the strength reduction because of the degradation of grain boundary region.
Data points are means and standard deviations of a minimum of five specimens.
Data points are the average value of 10 data.
Figure 6 plots the strength data as a function of holding time for hot corrosion tests, at 900oC in the mixed gas as indicated in Table 1.
The solid line is a fit to the data sets, indicating no change of the slope of dynamic fatigue after hot corrosion test.

Based on the rule-of-mixture, there was a very small difference in the experimental and calculated data.
The data of the experimental CTE (3rd segment) in the glass state is shown in Fig. 2.
The experimental data and the prediction from the rule of mixture are shown in Fig. 2.
The experimental data was significantly lower than those based on the rule of mixture.
Although the value based on Schapery’s lower limit is significantly lower than the experimental data, the value from Schapery’s upper limit is a relatively good prediction of the CTEs for ZrW2O8/Matrimid 5292 hybrid.
