Using FE-SEM to observe the nanometer nickel wire, as shown in Figure 4 FE-SEM and TEM images, the images showed that structure was bamboo (bamboo structure) of the polycrystalline structure growth, each section of the structure of the type of growth is very uniform, While the nanometer nickel wire line width of about 25 nm, about equal to the size of the alumina film template hole.
It is estimation that the prepared nano-nickel wire for the polycrystalline structure.
The lattice structure was analyzed by X-Ray diffractometer.

This method is used to increase the biological activity of medicinal products by changing their crystal and chemical structure [7-11].
The analysis of IR spectra and structure-sensitive properties of aqueous solutions of mechanically activated magnesium orotate tautomers shows that the structure of magnesium orotate tautomers in aqueous solutions persists for some time [5, 6].
Thus, electrochemical analysis showed that the difference in the chemical structure of magnesium orotate tautomers is preserved in aqueous solutions.
Previously [19, 20] we observed a “pendulum change” in the crystal structure of piracetam during intensive plastic deformation.

Here, the second question arises of how such a smectic structure changed into nematic structure at higher temperature on heating cycle.
The answer to how the smectic structure was achieved can be given that regular formation of chain folding structure, in which MM aggregated due to the hydrogen-bond between the hydroxyl groups in the polymers and forced the flexible spacer groups to fold and form layer structure.

A sol-gel method combined with spin-coating process has been developed for deposition of nano-structured thin films of La0.85Sr0.15MnO3 (LSM) on La0.6Sr0.4Co0.2Fe0.8O3-δ(LSCF) pellets.
The quality of the LSM films depends sensitively on the solution chemistry and other processing parameters.
The sol-gel derived films, due to their fine structure and density, can be sintered at much lower temperatures compared with conventional ceramic processing.
The crystal structures and grain size of the LSM phase derived from the LSM sol were studied as a function of the processing parameters.
The effect of solution chemistry on the morphology and microstructure of the final ceramic LSM films were studied.
