Abstract.
In response to complex road conditions and illegal overload operation, semi-trailers were always designed with excessive strength and stiffness causing overmuch waste of materials and energy.
People have drawn lessons from the inspirations of biological structure in design of engineering materials and structures in many fields.
By applying the bionic structure in design of semi-trailer frame, we can enhance lightweight effect of the frame to save more materials and reduce more production cost and energy consumption.

Whereas the friction coefficient characteristics of paper-based friction material is larger (0.13) [1], and its dynamical friction coefficient almost has nothing to do with friction velocity, furthermore, there are some features for paper-based friction material , such as elasticity, looseness (loose rate 40 ~ 50% ) and good lubrication resistant performance, but it also has some disadvantages, such as poor heat resistance, and easy to burn out and wear, so it is necessary to ensure the good cooling , lubrication and shorter friction time during friction clutch running-in [2].
2 The friction torque calculation
Three states of friction clutch operating are separation, running-in (unlocked), clutch engagement.
(1) If the thermal conductivity coefficient of the friction material becomes smaller, or the sliding-grinding time during running-in process is too long, the temperature of the friction materials could overtop abnormally, and the friction discs could be damaged
Conclusions In order to improve the comprehensive performance of friction clutch, the following measures could be taken to reduce the rate of temperature rise of the friction materials
(4) Using forced cooling, such as oil circulation cooling, to reduce the temperature rise of the friction material.

1.1 Current situation of low carbon clothing
According to industry estimates, the clothing enterprises will no longer regard sales and price as competitive advantage in the future, instead, the materials and technology with less damage to the environment, and products with less carbon emission will win the favour of consumers, thus gain more market shares.
The model of resource-cycling A feasible idea is the connotation of innovative green design, specific methods are as follows: Select green clothing materials and design methods that attempt to enhance the beauty and functionality.
Along with the continuous advancement of textile science, a large number of new recycle fibers extracted from natural sources have showed up: Bamboo, Lyocel, Modal, Soybean and milk fiber, etc.
Secondly, implementing green combination in the design planning: main commodities choose low carbon materials, decorated by accessories with wild characteristics, so as to achieve the goal of recycling; free collocation of single product and series design can provide consumers more choices and improve the utilization and life-cycle of clothes; development of multi-purpose and easy-care products can also effectively prolong the life of clothes.

Introduction
A challenging combination of properties including insensitivity to external stimuli, good detonation performance and high thermal stability is rather difficult and which is the reason for slow modern evolution of energetic materials[1].
Recently, a widely used technology in pharmaceuticals, cocrystallization, is employed in energetic materials to alter the properties of explosive like sensitivity, oxygen balance, detonation performance, and so on[2, 3].
As to energetic materials, sensitivity is one of the most significant properties, which has a great influence on their production and application.
In recent years, molecular dynamics simulation has played an important role in investigating thermophysical, mechanical, cohesive energy, sensitivity, and phase transition of the energetic compounds and their composite materials.
Usually, ductile material has a positive value of Cauchy pressure, while the brittle material has a negative one.
