A reduction in interface trap density has been observed by
growing the SiO2 using N2O precursor and subsequent anneal in NO [3] leading to an increase in
the inversion layer mobility [4].
The dashed line is a fit of the data and the solid line is the charge expected from theory.

In figure 3, Dit is plotted versus surface potential to illustrate the incompatibility of the interface state model with observed data.
The reduction in the mobility at higher doping concentration cannot be explained by reductions in the bulk mobility with increased doping.

Along with the completion of HGP (human genome project), huge amounts of genetic data constantly emerge.
Gene regulatory network is to set up a mathematic model of the interaction between genes using a large amount of experimental data and analyze the expression of predicted genes through a mathematical model.
Table 1 Gene expression truth table According to the truth table, the state transition of the genes is drawn as follows: Fig.6 State transition According to the truth table and using the Karnaugh map reduction method, the logical expressions of three genes in next moment are obtained as follows: According to the logical expressions, the circuit diagram can be drawn as figure 7.
Because genetic data is very huge, the state transition of cells is only necessary to program using VHDL, and wiring will be automatically done by computer.
First, the top-down design approach is used, making a lot of work such as computing logical expression and karnaugh map reduction removed; circuit wiring is done by computer, making a lot of time to design saved.

The effectiveness of the proposed method is illustrated using simulated data on a published numerical example.
These sensitivity coefficients are then used to calculate changes in the parameters that would force the analysis frequencies and modes to match those measured in test [4].The common advantage of these methods is that they can detect structural damage by directly using the incomplete modal parameters without any eigenvector expansion or model reduction [5].
In this step, the modes of the damaged structure can be obtained by a modal survey on it, and the modal data of the undamaged structure can be obtained by solving a generalized eigenvalue problem of the undamaged FEM or through a modal test on the intact structure.

By comparing the results of numerical evaluation and actual data, the paper analyzed the dynamic characteristic of prefabricated houses of light-weight steel structure.
It spent 3~ 6 minutes collecting data in each working condition, and the lateral and lengthways sampling frequencies were set as 110 Hz and 100 Hz.
(b) Certain jamming signals still exist after the filtering process, and this would bring some errors in post data processing[8].
The period reduction factor should be small in design process if not taking the infilled walls and inter-column bars into consideration.
The calculated earthquake action value would be smaller if the reduction factor is defined as 0.9 recommended in China standard.

From these damages, delamination is considered the most serious one as it can lead to a reduction of the mechanical properties of the laminate [10].
The reduction of delamination has been the subject of several studies, see for example, [12-16].
Thrust forces were monitored during drilling for thrust force data collection; delamination extension was carried out through digital scanner and enhanced digital radiography; mechanical testing was performed in order to evaluate mechanical strength loss due to hole machining.
During drilling, axial thrust forces were monitored with a Kistler 9257B dynamometer associated to an amplifier and a computer for data collection.
The tests were performed in a Shimadzu AG-X/100 kN Universal Testing machine equipped with the necessary accessories to run the different tests and connected to a computer for machine control and data acquisition and processing.

The obtained experimental data for the various composition alloy Co-Mo-W are compared with respective indicators for individual metals.
The alloy formation mechanism provides for an oxide film formation by partially reduced refractory metals, which subsequently contributes to the reduction of oxoanions by atomic hydrogen to the metal state [26].
Based on the data obtained as per the known value of the corrosion current, the corrosion rate depth index was calculated according to the equation: (1) kall – electrochemical equivalent of a metal or alloy, kg/C; jcor – corrosion current density, А/m2; ρall – alloy density, кg/m3.
As evidenced by the data specified, with the total content of refractory components in the ternary alloy Co-Мо-W at the level of ω(W+Мо) ≈ 25–30 mas. % spheroids composed of built-up crystallites of a size up to 600 nm form.
According to the data of the specified graphical dependency, the highest values of the exchange current density for the coatings studied were obtained in an acidic medium, while in alkaline and neutral media this index decreases by more than an order.

The obtained results show a reduction of about 140ºC in the clinkerization temperature, when a raw mixture with 5% phosphogypsum was used.
Taking into account this possible application, the objective of this work was to evaluate the influence of PG addition on the reduction of the clinkerization temperature and on the physical, chemical and mechanical properties of the resulting cements.
Table 1 Chemical composition of phosphogypsum as determined by XRF (wt %) SiO2 Al2O3 CaO F P2O5 SO3 CO2 LoI 4.9 0.6 31 1.2 1.1 40.1 1.2 11 Loss on ignition (LoI) Table 2 Crystalline phases present in phosphogypsum as determined by XRD (%) SiO2 CaSO4.2H2O CaSO4.1/2H2O CaSO4 K2SO4 KAlSi3O8 CaF2 11.3 46.0 36.4 0.2 3.2 1.8 1.0 DTA/TG data for PG are presented in Fig. 1.
For this amount of phosphogypsum, a cement was obtained with higher mechanical properties, at 28 days, even with a reduction of ~150ºC in the clinkerization temperature.

According to the analysis of real speech data collection simulation, improved spectral subtraction can effectively reduce the musical noise, can satisfy the requirement of speech enhancement.
The traditional spectral subtraction principle diagram B. improved spectral subtraction principle 1) A reduction of the weighted values to be processed Traditional spectral subtraction adopts the method of minus the same noise power for the entire speech segment.
Therefore, there are some larger residual noises after the spectrum reduction sometimes.
Considering these two aspects, the improved spectral subtraction formula is as follows[1][4][5]: Experimental results show that a generally takes 3 ~ 5, b takes 0.01~0.5 can achieve better noise reduction and the effect of inhibiting pure tone noise is obvious. 2) Power spectrum correction processing We use and(k > 0) to calculate instead of andof the traditional spectral subtraction in the power spectrum.
