Introduction
The technology of controlled drug delivery is one of the frontiers of science, involving multidisciplinary fields and hence contributing significantly to the advancement of human health.
Furthermore, these materials are available in nature in large quantities and with increasingly competitive costs [3].

Introduction
The biodegradable PLA materials have been considered to be one of the most promising renewable green polymer materials due to its good mechanical properties and biological compatibility [1-4].
The PLA has been improved its toughness by blending with a variety of materials including various types of synthetic rubber [7-9].
