The surface property of material will be enhanced by deposition of coating powders such as metal oxides and ceramics like aluminium oxides, tungsten carbide, nickel chromium etc. which improves micro hardness, corrosion and wear resistant resistance property.
The optimization of process parameters had a major effect on coated material property and it was experimentally investigated by S.Kant PEC university of technology Chandigarh (August 2013) for Mullite based coating using Slurry Spray by taguchi technique.
