SiC etching is usually performed with fluorinated plasma chemistry, few results being published with chlorides plasma chemistries.
Photomasks geometries used for the lithographic definition of the Ni (a), Si and C (b) mask structures.
This geometry could be used in the design of new SiC devices with sloped mesa structures.
When deep SiC etched structures are needed, Ni mask can be used thanks to its high selectivity, if particular attention is paid to limit the micromasking phenomenon by increasing the space between structures.

Aiming at this range of chemistry, steel was made in an electric arc furnace, refined in VAD and continuous cast to 170mm x 1160 mm slabs.
While fixing the range of various elements in the chemistry, GOST: B 19526-74 specification was also consulted.
The critical transformation temperatures (AC1, AC3, Ms, Mf, etc.) were also ascertained for the final chemistry with the help of Andrews formulae [4,5] as given below.
During steel making and VAD treatment the parameters were controlled so as to arrive at the chemistry within the desined range (Table-1).

Abstract: This work investigated sorption properties of diethylenetriamine derivative of chitosan (CTSN) for removal of acid dyes (Acid Green 25 (AG25), Acid Red 18 (AR18) and Acid Orange 10 (AO10)) from aqueous solutions.

Abstract.
In this work, we are reporting the synthesis of CZTS and ZnS thin films via wet chemistry route using spin coating method.
CZTS and ZnS thin film have been developed by various techniques such as vacuum-based techniques, i.e. sputtering, thermal evaporation, and wet chemistry techniques, i.e. chemical synthesis.
While ZnS thin film has porous structure with granular agglomeration of different sizes which caused non homogeneity.
