On Position of Information Science In Complexity Research
Information idea is that the people carry information as a kind of the basic existence for difference from material (quality and energy ), as well as the generality understanding, stipulation and knowledge that made for its essence, existent way, meaning and value.
This is not accidental, because uncertainty information produce is the inevitable result of material sport.

In order to improve management level of mining materials, optimum loading scheme is important.
The result shows that genetic algorithm in solving the optimum loading scheme of mining materials has quick convergence, short term, and higher precision.
Introduction In the mining enterprises, materials supply has many varieties, expensive and other significant characteristics, involving more than 30 kinds of million product such as building materials, machinery parts, equipment, explosive device, wood[1~2].
The paper solves loading problem of mining materials by genetic algorithm.

The problem following is that process brings too much unrecycle talc paper plate leftover materials when the talc paper plate is cut out and molding.
Those leftover materials always be abandoned as crab.
Different concentrations of immersion materials indicate the same variation rule.
Influence of immersion concentration Figure2 indicates that decomposition rate increases as concentration of immersion materials increases, but the variation amplitude is less.

Thin film and hybrid solar devices, including Dye-Sensitized Solar Cells (DSSCs), are especially promising energy solutions, due to the low cost of materials and equipment required for their fabrication.
Several methods of fabricating nanoparticulate pastes for DSSCs have been studied; among them, the sol – gel method is especially favoured due to the low overall cost of materials, low toxicity of common aqueous synthetic routes, and high quality of the synthetic products obtained [2].
