During the past decade, γ-PGA has been used as a material with fine swelling ability and biocompatibility, which makes it suitable for use in such clinical fields as BioGlue, drug or gene delivery systems [6-7] and tissue engineering[8-9].

Muddy water seepage theory's applications in engineering practice give full expression to its theoretical significance and application value.
In recent years, people according to many practical engineering problems such as plain reservoir seepage-proofing control,seepage stability analysis, have carried out a series of detailed and quantitative researches, which not only further improves the percolation theory but also better guides the engineering practice problems.
The achievement of these study still on the stage of grope and practice and accumulating experience is not very available for solving the muddy water seepage problems in geotechnical engineering.On the basis of muddy water seepage theory, whether in conformity with the engineering practice is the basis of its research value.
