Abstract.
Introduction The so-called blanking in the field of mechanical manufacturing means a operating process that after determine the required material’s shape, quantity or quality to process a product or equipment, take down the material with a certain shape, quantity or quality from the entire or bulk materials according to specific technology.
Job sequencing is to sequence the decomposed jobs according to the raw materials situation, workshop equipment load and the planned delivery date, and determine their processing sequence and processing equipment.
Job planning includes making the job planning according to the processing sequence and the factory calendar, establishing the raw material procurement planning according to the raw material inventory status.

Abstract: Uniaxial tensile tests of extruded 7075 aluminum alloy bar were carried out on the universal test machine at strain rate of 0.001 s-1.
Introduction The 7xxx series aluminum alloys have been widely used as structural materials due to their attractive comprehensive properties, such as low density, high strength, ductility, toughness and resistance to fatigue [1-3].
This material was supplied as hot-extruded bar of φ190mm, which was in H112 condition.

Furthermore, Lippmann and Berge et al. pointed out that the shape of liquid materials on the solid surface was changed when the voltage was applied to the liquid[5,6], and this phenomenon is called the electrowetting.
The cell tissue fluid can be considered as the liquid materials, and could the cell tissue fluid show the electrowetting under electric potential?
The liquid materials in the solid surface are kept the balance by the three-phase interfacial tensions in the natural state, and it is formed an initial contact angle at the three-phase contact line.

Introduction
Concrete materials are widely used in building engineering, it is important to strengthen supervision and guarantee the quality of concrete material when the existing buildings need extension and strengthening.
In addition, for comparing the results of nondestructive methods for existing building and common destructive methods, they have five characters: (1) nondestructive methods can be used directly and real reflect the quality and strength of structural concrete materials, (2) the newly built engineering and existing building all can be tested using these methods, (3) these methods have many advantages such as easy operation, small destroy, (4) no limits of size and shape, they can repeat test for many times, (5) the detection accuracy of these methods should be improved.
The design strength of concrete material (f0)was given firstly under normal case, the lower and upper confidence limits will be obtained using the methods of reference [1], and namely the evaluation strength fcu.e, the upper confidence limit fU and the lower confidence limit fL, and the strength of concrete material is always more than 0, Then the number axis can be divided into four parts
