After the analysis of the modes based on materials from British Maritime Commission, it uses the Criticality Analysis (CA) to analyze the major mode of high hazard.
System of maritime security 2.2 The failure modes based on human errors in maritime accidents By analyzing a large number of materials, which come from British Maritime Commission (MAIB), this paper gives ten major categories of mode: l The fault in manipulation behavior (anchorage, manipulation of berthing): control failures in ship's position (position, direction) and vehicle (in speed), the rudder, anchor, cable, tug, thruster[4]; l The misjudgment of manipulating the ship: misjudgment of the boat’s speed, the determination of wind effects, flow effects, shallow water effects, quay effects, and the interaction between the ships; l The fault in navigation operation: route recognition errors, improper control of the ship the ship's position (or the yaw), inappropriate choice of the turning Point on the ship’s route and the speed control of the boat; l Fault in the avoidance behavior: negligence in the observation, error in the safe speed, misjudgment of the danger, fault in
It is advisable to attach the degree to each mode in a relative position based on the materials from MAIB, since there is no accurate statistical data of time.

Experimental
The test material was U70, which was a kind of heavy rail steel and the average carbon content was
0.7 %.
For the specimen without ultrasonic peening treatment, there exist some other traces caused by the spalling of the material in block or lamella, besides deeper and wider furrows in the wear surface.
These two factors act together to enhance the wear resistance of the material leading to it can resist micro-cutting caused by the frictional pair effectively.

Introduction
Reinforced concrete beams are the most widely used in construction of road bridges and overpasses in view of its attractive properties such as good structural performance, economical efficiency, durability, availability of materials and pleasant appearance.
The main components of structure health monitoring is to use sensors, which can in real time indicate about the changes in properties of the material of structure, dynamic or geometric properties of a structural system.

For this kind of elastic model, the current state of the stress only dependents on the current state of the deformation, the math Cauchy elastic material constitutive relation can be written as:
(1)
(2) The stress - strain formula of the Green form
When there is material strain energy, the elastic material constitutive relation of HLA is:
(3) The incremental stress - strain formula of differential form
The minimum requirements to make a kind of material to be of the elastic stress are a one-to-one relationship between tensor and strain increment.
For an ideal plastic material, when the stress reaches the yield stress of, there is no need to add any load, deformation is free to increase, and it can be expressed as: c.
For isotropic materials, the yield criterion under the combined stress state can be expressed as: (1) Tresca yield criterion (2) Von Mises yield criterion The core idea of HLA is interoperability and reuse, which solves the simulation system's flexibility and scalability problem, reduce the network redundancy data.

Material transfer occurred in sintering.
There must be adequate energy in sintering to excite and maintain material transfer.
And bound material between layers is ineffective.
Custom powder materials on bed surface are spread uniformly to a defined compacting degree.
