Material of piston tube component made of aluminum and rubber, buoys made of plastic and generator such as of metal and copper coils.
In this paper is focused on the manufacture of pneumatic systems and processes to obtained the rotation and voltage with aluminum for piston tube material, buoys made of plastic and magnet rotor and copper coils of stator include on the generator and get the results of ocean wave power plant using piston mechanism is 1400 rpm with a voltage of 36 volt.
Piston shaft is made from steel mounted in the piston tube and having thin rubber or acrylic material as cylinder plate for push of air in the piston tube to outside the piston tube.

With the improvement of science and technology and people's living standard, the ability of prevent earthquake disasters has been improved, the structure of the damping control technology has get more and more researchers’ attention both at home and abroad due to its characteristic of economy applicable energy consumption, simple structure, convenient maintenance, and the better damping effect. so the technology has become an effective method to dissipate earthquake energy.
Bilinear model In the figure, the connection of origin and the peak point of hysteresis curve is defined as the effective stiffness, is yield displacement, Yield stiffness Hysteretic damping energy ( area under the curve of hysteresis ) Damping ratio can be approximated as a single- particle system equivalent damping ratio , calculated by establishing the principle of energy and the use of equations of motion : K- effective stiffness , d- horizontal displacement The New S mild Steel Damper Finite Element Analysis S -type Soft steel Damper Design The mild steel damper is made from steel Q235, material constitutive relation uses ideal elastic-plastic material model , the relevant parameters in Table 1.In the Table 1, is yield stress, is ultimate strength, E is modulus of elasticity, is yield strain and is ultimate strain.The dampers are connected to the main frame by a foothold in the shape of “人”, which is shown in Fig.3.
