It is explained by the fact that existing foundries are equipped mainly with induction melting furnaces of industrial frequency, and the use of induction melting furnaces of medium frequency requires considerable material costs.
Induction furnaces of industrial frequency have high technological flexibility: it is possible to produce cast iron of any chemical composition, to produce liquid metal in arbitrary portions, to store the metal continuously for a long time without changing its properties, to use charge materials of low bulk density and to mechanize the melting processes [5].

However, the traditional composition of the lining material does not allow the production of an acid lining that withstands high resistance at working melting temperatures above 1450 °C, especially when steel is smelted.

When the material is impacted and cracked, the butadiene with characteristics of rubber will release the stress at the crack tip, which hinders the crack propagation, and the impact resistance of the material is greatly improved.
Because of the difference of polymer materials, there are generally differences in the structure of materials, resulting in great differences in mechanical properties and molding properties.
In addition, polymer materials have a variety of unique properties, such as shear thinning, so it is necessary to accurately found the mathematical equations to characterize these properties.
The raw material is mixed sheet ABS 198819 produced by the company Hengrui Plastic Materials (Dongguan, China).
