Its presence translates into increase in allotropic transformation temperature as well as hardness and strength properties of alloys at the expense of reduction in its ductility.
The available literature data show that component which could improve the relationship between strength and hardness of unalloyed titanium is carbon [6].
The increase in carbon content is also reflected in the increase in strength properties and reduction in plastic properties (Table 3).

The use of microfluidic devices brings some benefits such as low reagent consumption, shorter analysis time, portability and cost reduction.
As product variety increases within a competitive market the reduction of the time-to-market is desired.
Even selecting the machining parameter is a challenge in micro milling, since unlike a conventional process there is limited data base.
The same parameters were applied in roughing and finishing and no tool breakage took place during the cutting process proving good feasibility plus the large potential for machining time reduction.
In addition the tool life and wear will be investigated and fundamental experiments to extend the data base will be performed.

The predictions of the earing profile after each step are compared to experimental data.
Thereby it is assured that the reduced data is representative for the considered aluminum alloy.
In Fig. 2 a comparison of the pole figures of the original (left) and the reduced data (right) is shown.
Although the latter consists of only 2% of the original orientation data, the pole figures are still in good agreement.

Material data for joining simulation Tensile tests at elevated temperatures.
Material data for forming simulation Tensile tests.
The result of this type of test represents a fundamental input data for the software used for structural analysis and the determination of the stress distribution.
Considering the yield loci, the criteria of Hill-90 and Barlat-2000 fitted the experimental data with high accuracy.
In the next step, the friction stir welding simulation will be carried out to study the influence of different process parameters using the generated material data.

Present processes of electrolytic as well as the thermal reduction will be described along with their carbon dioxide emissions.
Here we have carried out the carbon dioxide emission calculation by using the published data.
Magnesium oxide carbothermal - reduction takes place above 1900°C.
Apparently hydroelectric power is used in providing the endothermic heat for the resistance heated furnaces where the reduction takes place, as well as for the ferrosilicon production.

Based on the microhardness and tensile test data, it was possible to verify a significant change over the mechanical properties of the UNS S31803 steel.
The precipitation of the σ phase is of high interest to the austenic, ferritic and duplex stainless steels, as effects which cause not only the reduction in the mechanical properties, but also the decrease in the resistance to steel corrosion are associated to it [ESCRIBA et al., 2006].
Besides, it is known that the sigma phase precipitation causes reduction in the corrosion resistance of this kind of stainless steel.
Conclusion Based on the results obtained, it is possible to conclude that the sigma phase precipitation significantly changed the mechanical properties of the steel being studied, as there was reduction in the ductility and increase of the hardness and maximum tension.

When the nRF24E1 working in ShockBurst™, it transmits data at a very high rate thus enabling extremely power reduction, system cost lower and risk reduction of ‘on-air’ collisions due to short transmission time, which can ensure the effectiveness and reliability in communication [3].
Preamble is data header.
PAYLOAD is data section, the total number of bits in a ShockBurst™ RF package may not exceed 256 bits, maximum length of payload section: DATAx _W(bits) = 256 - ADDR _W - CRC Shorter address and CRC can leave more room for payload data in each package which can improve the transmission efficiency, but it will make reliability reduction.

The reduction on the key inputs is important and necessary in terms of effectiveness since the number of experiment increase exponentially with respect to the number of factors.
Cause and effect diagram identifies problem areas where data can be collected and analyzed [3].
Thus, 816 data were collected from one lot whose production lasted 6 days.
Data were analyzed with MINITAB 13.0 Statistical Software.
While this plot can be used for attribute data, the correlation coefficient can be employed for continuous variables.

Binary metal combinations generally aggravated photosynthesis reduction and induced more serious oxidative stress as compared with Al or Cd single treatments, and the most deleterious effects were observed in the combination of 90 μmol/L Al+5 μmol/L Cd.
All data presented are the mean values of three replicates.
Based on the present results, the reduction of photosynthesis may partially result from the reduction of Chl content and stomatal limitation.
