Abstract.
To overcome the limitations of conventional water miscible MWF the paradigm shift of employing microorganisms as a non-hazardous source in MWF systems and utilizing them systematically in cutting processes is investigated at the Foundation Institute of Materials Science (IWT) in Bremen.

The material of point C is wooden floor, and the average value is 10.5 Bq/m3.
The material of point E is cement mortar which the average value is 11.1Bq/m3.
The indoor ground decoration materials have great influence to the radon concentration, the radon concentration at the place which is long-term closed are significantly higher than the place where people are often active, and radon concentration at high floor and good ventilated place is relatively low.

Many compounds are usually sensitive to heat such as high vacuum oils, vegetable oils, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics, so conventional distillations cannot be used with these materials [13].
This approach is usually considered as one of the most economically feasible methods separating and purifying thermally unstable materials, especially for substances with high molecular mass, high viscosity, and high melting point [15].
