Abstract.Mn100-xFex (x=50, 58) alloys were prepared by spark plasma sintering (SPS), and the structure, magnetostriction and magnetic properties of the polycrystalline Mn100-xFex alloys were investigated.
In generally, the magnetostriction value in magnetic materials is directly related to the magnitude of the magnetization, beside structural factors.
The origin of magnetostriction for weak ferromagnetic materials is very complex, and the further research is needed.

Metal Magnetic Memory Testing (MMMT), firstly put forward by Doubov of Russia in 1997, is a relatively new non-destructive testing method based on the magneto-mechanical effect on ferromagnetic materials under cycle stress and geomagnetic field[2].
It is a unique feasible detecting technology to diagnose early damage of ferromagnetic materials at the present time and has tremendous potentials in Remanufacturing Remaining Life Evaluation.

Hydroxyapatite (HAp,Ca10(PO4)6(OH)2) and TCP (Ca(PO4)2) materials have biocompatibility and as well as abrasion resistance.
Sintered body was put in distilled water in vacuum to remove air bubble to get accurate density of the sintered materials.
As we know highly densified materials have good mechanical properties and thus high hardness was also found with Dy2O3 added composite 19.76±0.34 and lowest was without Dy2O3 added composite i.e. 17.11±1.92.
The densification of the material is not at its best.
