Last several years, although TCO materials have been developed vigorously, it still has a lot of restrictions in the applications.
Investigating its reason, most of the TCO is n-type conductive material, and the conductive of n-type conductive material is much bigger than the p-type conductive material.
Therefore, getting the excellent performance of the p-type TCO materials is expected to become the essential subject of the TCO applications.
Professor Hosono of Tokyo university first found the p-type delafossite structure TCO CuAlO2 [1], the findings are published on the nature journal in1997.

After the advance of the face, we use high-moisture quick-setting material backfill the heading side near the goaf, and use filling templates to mix 2 kinds of filling materials until its solidification.
Basis on the carriage,we design the feeding system between and filling pump, which achieve automatic unloading filling materials from the container material box to feeding system, then sent to the filling pump.
The dry mix CHCT filling material, which is produced by dedicated production line on the ground according to the design ratio, is transported to the underground pump station in bags or special containers.

Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) is one of the popular membrane materials due to its outstanding properties including thermal stability, chemical resistance and excellent mechanical strength and has been widely used for MD [2].
These properties coupled with its intrinsic hydrophobicity have made PVDF popular as a membrane material in many membrane processes such as membrane-based gas absorption, MD and other types of membrane contactor applications.

The raw materials of the composites studied in this paper mainly contain micron copper powder (micro-Cu), low density polyethylene (LDPE) and some additives.
The flat samples of two types of composite materials were fractured by a tensile testing machine.
In the process of raw materials mixing, copper particles can only exist between LDPE particles, so the uniformity of them is significantly affected by the particle size of LDPE.
Because of the surface roughness and hydroscopicity of solid materials, the liquid drop would spread slowly on the solid surface, and the contact angle shows a decline trend with time.
