1 The Construction and Loading Conditions of Overhead Traveling Crane’s Box Girders
The general overhead traveling crane’s bridge structure and loading condition is shown in Fig. 1, where h is the height of the web, a is the spacing of the large stiffening plate, L is the crane span, L1 is the distance between operating organization barycentre and the centerline of cart wheel’s running track, L2 is the distance from the driver's cab and electrical equipment’s quality to the center plane of cart wheel, L3 is the distance between the quality of cart’s operating organization and the center of girders section, L4 is the distance from the orthocenter of walking board and wire’s uniform distribution quality to the center of main girder section.

Moreover, compared with full-graded concrete, wet-screened concrete has larger quantity of cementitious materials that is the main factor to affect tensile strength of concrete, leading to a higher splitting tensile strength.
