Design of DSP F2812 Control System in Paste Extrusion Experimental Device

Abstract:

The RP processes based on ceramic paste extrusion is the layer-by-layer addition process and the paste extrusion process is intermittent. a paste extrusion experimental device has to be developed and the control system is the core problem. In this paper, the TMS320F2812 chip is used to design the DSP control system for driving the step motor in extruder. The DSP F2812 control system consists of emulator and target board. The design of stepper motor control circuit, serial communication circuit and A/D converting circuit in target board is introduced detailedly. The experimental tests show that the control system can be used to investigate the phenomenon in intermittent extrusion process of ceramic paste.
