The research on different types of water environment in protozoa community is important to research all kinds of lakes, rivers and water environmental pollution situation and self recovery ability. 1.1 The position of protozoa in the water ecological system The research on auatic plankton main in large rotifer and crustaceans, protozoa related material very few and very one-sided.
Protozoa in the role of water ecological system can be divided into two aspects: on the one hand, they through the food chain and surface absorption, directly energy conversion, make the macromolecular material from complex into simple compounds, can be in the water environment in the cycle.

When the elasticity modulus changes, we can directly change the elasticity modulus of the finite element material.
The material of the box-girder is C50 concrete, whose elasticity modulus is 3.35×104Mpa, with the linear expansion coefficient of 10-5K-1..Establish the finite element model as fig.3.
