Temperature stability in technical specifications is an important advantage of diamond materials when used in sensitive elements of sensors.
There is a data about sulphur and lithium-doped diamond [5,6], but almost all tests on doped diamond materials applied to microelectronics were carried out in boron-doped samples with a p-type conductivity.
Materials and Technologies Sensitive elements of pressure sensors were developed where resistance strain gauges were formed from a boron-doped polycrystalline diamond film.

According to research materials, reeling technology requires micropore to be of high roundness, smooth wall and the same diameter.
The motion of silk will cause the abrasion of micropore, which requires materials to make the device be of high strength and good wear-resistance.

Material and experimental microscopic techniques The press casing under consideration was made of 50 CrMo4 forged steel with chemical composition given in Table 1.
However, the cracks in the press casing appearing in the course of the machine operation point to the need to perform advanced numerical simulations that precisely take account of the casing geometry and material.
Fig. 6 Normal stress distribution in direction Z The measure of the strain and stress state of a given structure, which takes account of 6 components, is the equivalent (von Mises) stress found using the Huber hypothesis of the non-dilatational strain energy, which was first put forward in a technical journal in 1903.
There are areas in it where stresses are slight – an excess of material – and areas with stresses reaching the value of 150 MPa.
