Introduction The inorganic phosphor materials developed fast due to their wide applications.
A lot kinds of materials like organic, inorganic, and organic–inorganic composites have been reported to be suitable for electrospun to form uniform fibers.[11–14] The membranes fabricated via electrospinning have uniform diameter, a large specific surface area and a large aspect ratio, which contribute to their wide use.

The Coode Island Review panel approached a local community and environment organization (Hazardous Materials Action Group) to prepare a report on community right-to-know, “Unlocking the Factory Door” [8].
Chemicals and industry sectors are the two key elements identifying the chemicals reported.
In detail, the general calculation methods include: mass balance, engineering calculations, direct measurement (monitoring) and emission factors.
As in the US, facilities can indicate their environmental performance by showing the reduction of hazardous substance, pollutant or contaminant, the decrease of the hazards to the environment and public health, the increase of recycling, energy recovery, or by introducing equipment or technology modifications, product redesign, pollution prevention, housekeeping improvements, training, inventory control or substitution of raw materials [14].

The engineering geologic and hydrogeololgy conditions are extremely complicated.
At the same time, the given membership is shown in Tab.1 referring to engineering geological analogy method and combining index factors of the studying region.
This method has good engineering and academic significance in karst area tunnel water bursting geological disaster risk evaluation.
In practical work, the results got from engineering geological analogy method and analytic hierarchy process can verify mutually in order to supply reference for tunnel design and construction in Karst region.
