Abstract: On the basis of comments sets of fuzzy reasoning, fault model and the characteristics of complex motherboard repair, fault model is introduced to diagnosis the motherboard and comments sets is used to reflect the priori knowledge.
In addition, it has the following rules according to the maintenance engineers’ experience.
By using the way of experts comment set, according to three kinds of engineers’ assessment (r&d engineers, product engineers, maintenance engineer) for the important degree (divided into: very important, important, general important, general)of four types of chip (North Bridge, South Bridge, high-speed equipment, PCI chip equipment chip),we can get a evaluation table as show in table 1.
On one hand, the expert fault diagnosis model is good for maintenance engineers to narrow the range of faults; While the fuzzy rules and prior knowledge is helpful for engineers to improve work efficiency and reduce the loss of raw materials.

Currently, most of the WFGD system use lime or limestone as the main desulfurization materials.
The chimney is lined with corrosion-resistant materials which called “Wet Stack” [[] Shuang.

The engineering technical specifications of limestone and lime – gypsum desulfurization system.
The slurry is prone to foaming when the WFGD system raw materials (lime or limestone) have more magnesium oxide [4].

Also, one-dimensional (1-D) semiconducting materials have a candidate for their potential applications in optoeletronic devices due to their large surface area to volume ratio [5-6].
It was reported that the existence of much oxygen vacancies, which can act as hole traps and play a key role in capturing the photogenerated holes, make the photogenerated hole difficult to recombine with the electrons, and prolong the lifetime of holes [14], so increase the the diffusion length of holes, hence, Loxygen > Lvacuum.

Abstract.
Selecting the appropriate pavement structures, combination of aggregates and binder types are important decisions that engineers make on a routine basis.
Compressive stresses or strains occur at the top of the unbound materials, when the failure mechanism is likely to be something other than reflective or fatigue cracking.
Considering the relaxation effect of asphalt materials, temperature decreasing contraction equivalent modulus, and temperature curing equivalent modulus E1 = 0.13* 1200=156MPa, when calculating the load stress modulus, E1 is 1200MPa and asphalt concrete Poisson’s ratio v1 is 0.35.

One of the key components in maintaining tunnel is how effectively we can find
defects in the tunnel concrete lining.
However, most of these techniques require sophisticated measuring techniques as well as complicated analyses; unless well trained engineers are fully involved in testing from beginning to end, the results of the tests are often questionable.
For instance, the wavelet transform was used to determine the propagating time of flexural waves in bar, beam, plate made of metals and composite materials (Kim and Kim, 2001; Kishimoto et. al., 1995).
The material properties of the model concrete lining are summarized in Table 1.

In presenting the above materials, we highlight our experience in implementing a gamma-ray tomography system for hold-up measurements in two phase flow system bubble column.
Materials and Methods Principles of Gamma-Ray Tomography: Gamma-ray transmission tomography is based on the principle of measuring the attenuation of a beam of radiation transmitted through an object.
If the medium is made of two materials of mass attenuation coefficients and , densities and , and thickness and , respectively, the net absorption, A is (2) If and where then: (3) where is the fraction of one of the phases.
Some of the key elements are highlighted here.
Conclusion Although computed tomography has found extensive application in the medical field, its use for process industry and engineering applications has been relatively recent and limited in range.

Moso bamboo charcoal (MBC for short in the following pages) is usually made of moso bamboo culm and waste material by pyrolysis process in oxygen-free or oxygen-limiting circumstance.
Previous studies made by native and foreign researchers indicated that the adsorption capacity of carbonaceous material is mainly determined by two key factors: the structure characteristics and the surface chemical properties[11-13], which means that the absorption capacity of carbonaceous material to specific adsorbate can be manipulated artificially with different structure characteristics and surface chemical properties through surface modification.
The dominating modification methods are acidic modification, basic modification and impregnation of foreign material[11].
Results and discussion (1) Iodine number(IN) IN is usually defined as the milligrams of iodine adsorbed by one gram of carbonaceous material.
