To stain and observe “dead” cells and tissues – The problem of specimens being too thick to provide good images is here routinely solved by mechanically reducing the thickness of the original biological materials.

The loads change from different structure or material of each casing, which also change as the varied depth of wells.
Combining specific casing, material of casing and depth of well, the stress can be calculated through Formula (4),(5),(6),(7).

The program of clearing ridge
and cutting residues on the seed belt is presented based on comparing residue cutting methods at
home and abroad, and a lot of tests .Study the corn stubble treatment equipment and test and design
the key parameters of the structures of the residue treatment equipment to provide a theoretical basis
for the rational design for the northeast ridge corn planter.
After the machine model was imported to ADAMS/view, parts of the residue cutting and ridge cleaning equipment has no quality characteristics, so the density of components must be set first, selecting suitable parts and materials, ADAMS/view can calculate the moment of inertia of parts automatically.

This paper considered the gas-liquid interfacial shear friction influence, calculated the friction coefficient-Reynolds number precisely, built mathematical model for the trapezoidal groove flat micro heat pipe to conduct theoretical analysis.
2 Mathematical Model and Assumptions
The micro heat pipe model is trapezoidal cross section, with cover material is water and bottom material is silicon.
