A finite element model is appropriately developed for this example bridge using the commercial software Midas/Civil.
This paper combines the lateral displacement problem of a viaduct as the research background of the engineering to carry out in-depth research on lateral displacement of curved continuous concrete girder bridges.
This paper carries out analog simulation calculation for the aforesaid conditions based on spatial beam element by means of space finite element software MIDAS\Civil, so as to determine the main reasons for the lateral displacement of the curved bridges.

An Experimental Study on Double-Tube Bucking Restrained Braces with Contact Rings ZhanZhong Yin1, a, XiuLi Wang1,b, and XiaoDong Li1,c 1School of Civil Engineering, Lanzhou University of Technology, Lanzhou 730050, P.R.
The paper designs the models of double-tube BRBs with contact rings by applying the existing general materials and carries out an experimental research on static properties, exploring on its bearing performance under the condition of unidirectional loading and the relationship between the bearing performance and the stiffness of outer-tube, clearance and slenderness ratio of inner-tube, so as to provide references for the engineering application of double-tube BRBs with contact rings.
With the research on the probable problems such as original defect and deformation of double-tube BRBs with contact rings in the process of engineering application and on the dynamic performance of characteristics of the members, this paper explores the hysteretic behavior and its relationship with the stiffness of outer-tube, clearance and slenderness ratio of inner-tube so as to provide references for the engineering application of Double-tube BRBs with contact rings.

Sandwich elements with structural functions are widely used in engineering applications, offering outstanding advantages, such as high strength and stiffness compared to its low specific weight.
As a result of their low weight and superior flexural properties, sandwich structures are finding increasing use in a wide range of engineering structures, such as cladding elements or bearing structural elements [2-4].
