Abstract.
Performance Analysis The characteristics of analog signal channels are the key part for evaluating the quality of converter board.
In the detection of the phase shift of A/D current module, zero-crossing method is widely used in the engineer.
The difference is that an FFT is much faster than DFT, and FFT attracts lots of attentions in the engineering application.
In principle, resistance of NTC reduces as the temperature rises, and the relationship between NTC resistance and temperature is showed as , is the resistance value corresponding to the thermodynamic temperature of ;is the reference temperature; is the material coefficient of thermal resistance; is the resistance value corresponding to the thermodynamic temperature of ; As the precision of traditional nonlinear correction method is not satisfying when the noise could not be omitted, BP neural network is used to implement NTC nonlinear sensor calibration.

Performance index
For the wireless communication system made of JN5148 microcontrollers, the key Performance index affecting the communication distance includes four aspects.
Table 1 The wastage of the wireless signal in actual environment Environmental Factor Influence Degree Example Air © — Wood ©© Wood partition Hecheng Gypsum ©© Partition wall Synthetic Material ©© Sheet partition Asbestos ©© Ceiling Glass ©© Windowpane Water ©©© The wet wood Brick ©©© Bricks-Walls Marble ©©©© The stone wall Cement Concrete ©©©© Bedchamber Iron ©©©©© Reinforced concrete wall Another factor is the multipath effect, so if there are too many obstacles near the wireless module, that will also affect the communication distance and reliability.
Many high-frequency engineers must have such experience.
Now the antenna used by wireless communications equipment, which is for the ISM/SR and can use the frequency band with exemption , has the following kinds: Table 2 The antenna devices Antenna Type Gain Occasion Applicable Helix antenna 0~3.5dB Portable mobile devices Mid-gain chuck antenna 5.5~7dB Fixed or on-board devices High-gain omni-directional antenna 8.5~10dB Outdoor and fixed devices High-gain directional antenna 10~12dB Outdoor fixed devices over a long distance Improvement measures When the geographical environment and electromagnetic environment are determinate, in order to ensure wireless communication stable and reliable, fully dig up the potential of low voltage micro power wireless communications equipment and achieve economic and practical, the following measures can be considered in engineering design [9].

The calculation model of structural collapses is not clear, and is not conducive to practical engineering application.
Therefore, the study on anti-seismic collapses' failure modes of RC-frame structures is very important in theory and engineering value.

Introduction
Requirements regarding reduction of cars’ fuel consumption play a key role in automotive as they make cars lighter by application of more and more resistible materials.
Application of this kind of materials considerably reduces construction mass thanks to high durability.
Currently, the springback analysis is becoming the routine process to form steel in CAE engineering analysis in automotive.
Generally speaking, springback depends mainly on engineering factors, e.g. material properties, coefficient of friction, geometry of tooling and process parameters.
The initial FEM analysis for geometry, prior to the engineering changes, did not show such effect.

The processes of globalization and radical technological changes have created a new reality in which innovation is one of the key elements of the competitive advantage of enterprises and national economies.
In it, placed and appropriately deployed, are all the resources, all the material and human elements of the organization and through mainly their individual and group guidance towards achieving the goals of the organization is performed.
The importance of innovation for the survival of the machine industry companies Due to the many changes in the environment, which are more frequent and more complex, the organization must be flexible in order to adapt to them and must encourage and develop their innovation, because creativity and innovation are key skills for any organization.
It is a necessity to understand that the importance of innovation and re-engineering of processes, innovative strategies and organization actions in this field, as well as creating new markets or new product is the most effective way of competing in mature markets and it is one of the preconditions for achieving competitive advantage and survival in a dynamic market.
