The effect of connect transition area on vortex shedding stabilize region are close to the freestream velocity.
1 Introduction
The flow problem around cylinder has always been the research focus in the engineering field such as aerospace, navigation, high-rise buildings and large span bridges[1].
Therefore, the studies of the vortex shedding mechanism and vortex-induced vibration have important application value for solving practical engineering problems.
DES combined the advantages of RANS and LES and can simulate a wide range separated flow in engineering applications quickly and effectively.
Therefore, just the fourth level’s natural frequency need to be achieved, where the material properties is, 20GPa for elastic modulus, 0.33 for Poisson's ratio ,and 1.65g/cm3 for density.
This effect makes the flow loading complex and should try to avoid in the engineering design.

Among them, the elevator hang system optimal design is the key.
The optimum research is a typical mathematics programming problem that met usually in practical engineering.
For a engineer the most important is to hold the truth from many phenomenon.
Because the engineering is more variable and complexity, the process of solving is very huge, a series of calculation methods are developed, such as: The dynamic programming, the maximum value theory and calculus of variations are common.

Abstract. The prerequisite factors for the simulation and controlling of underwater vehicles are hydrodynamic coefficients, which we must measure accurately.
The key of using the above equation is to solve whether the determination of the hydrodynamic derivatives is accurately.
In order to describe the motion of underwater robot quantitatively, this passage give definition of the two right-handed coordinate system according to the International Pool Conference (ITTC) recommendation, shipbuilding and marine engineering Institute (SNAME) Terminology Bulletin of the system[1] .At first, set the flow velocity refer as V and the flow of rudder angle refer as α profile, then the force acting on the rudder as shown in Figure 2.

Key information for one part includes management information, geometry information, topology information and engineering semantic information.
Management information is information relating to management of all parts for missile equipment, including such information as part name, part code, material, quantity, technical requirements and etc.
Engineering Semantic Information.
Engineering semantic information is semantic information relating to application of the parts, includes mainly of: *Role and type of the parts, such as bolt, screw, pin, ordinary structural member and the like, as well as relevant information
Engineering semantic information supports variational definitions of equipment parts, shrink the space of solution for assembly-disassembly planning, and which is also the basis for reconstruction of structural hierarchy of parts; Topology information and management information, as the fundamental content concerning definition of parts, are the basis for construction of model.

Abstract.
They investigated the dynamic behaviour of the PCB using mobility testing (EMA) and produced the inherent modal parameters of the PCB (natural frequency and mode shapes) which is paramount to be avoided as such failure occur at the key component of PCB.
However, EMA has several limitations where it is difficult to excite artificially many civil engineering and mechanical structures due to their physical size, shape or location and EMA usually conducted in the lab environment [4].The technique of OMA or often called Ambient Analysis is applied here to overcome the limitation of EMA.
The specimen used is CEM-1 single layer PCB (308mm x 184mm x 1.7mm) made of Cellulose epoxy material with single layer of copper on one side (Fig.2).

Abstract.
Soft Ground treatment is necessary when the engineering geological features of foundation soil can not meet the demand of the engineering.Soil-cement pile composite foundation with a low price, construction of simple and easy to control quality, etc., can be widely used in soft soil foundation.
This suggests that support vector machine is more suitable for the cement soil material that is smaller discrete Conclusions 1) The application support vector machine algorithm in the artificial intelligence field can more accurately predict the compressive strength of cement stabilized soil. 2) Based on a comparison of artificial neural network can be found, support vector machine model is better than in small samples of artificial neural network prediction model and has good generalization performance. 3) Experiments show that the choice of kernel type performance for the support vector machine has an important impact, but the current kernel function selection of support vector machine, and there is no common theoretical guidance, the inappropriate choice of model will reduce the effect of the theory and practice which require further exploration.

Abstract.
Some of these changes arise from nonlinearities, process aging, production strategy changes, raw material property modifications and changes over equipment maintenance cycles [2].
Defuzzification methods are numerous, but in engineering practice the common algorithms are the maximum membership degree method, weighted average method, gravity method, etc.
