Introduction One of the key aspects for the accurate Leak-Before-Break (LBB) analysis is to determine relevant J-resistance curve for nuclear piping.
For a material, two different materials were considered; a SA312 TP304 stainless steel showing continuous hardening behavior and a typical carbon steel showing discontinuous hardening behavior.
For both materials, uni-axial stress-strain data at the room temperature were taken, for which stress-strain curves are shown in Fig. 3.
For a given material, the true stress-plastic strain data, shown in Fig. 3, were directly given in the FE analysis and a small geometry change continuum FE model was employed.

Recently, more bulk manufacturing has moved to some developing countries, especially China, Korea and Indian, due to its low cost of labor, energy and raw materials cost.
Table 2 depicted that 5.0 mL deionized water presented higher interception efficiency on SPE column with 82.94% for PENG, which was attributed to reduced interactions between basic compounds and silanol group of HLB material under the participation of organic solvent in loading system strong.

Studies indicate that silver has a lower affinity for conventional spacer materials like polypropylene (PP) compared to copper.
· Long-term experiments for fouling tests are necessary to assess the stability of the coated materials
· The presence of hydrophilic or hydrophobic groups on the surface of materials may have opposing or complementary effects on surface roughness.

Introduction Surface modification includes all those techniques and processes which are used to improve the performance of an engineering surface [1].
Titanium powder (99.99 % purity) of 3μm size was used as the preplacement material.
When glazed with higher energy inputs with the same amount of titanium addition, the titanium concentration will dilute because more substrate material will melt and mixed to form the liquid melt.

Numerical Design of Stepped Compound Horn with Longitudinal-torsional Vibration under Single Acoustic Excitation Jianxin Zheng1, Jie Han1, Chuanshao Liu1 1School of Mechanical and Power Engineering, Henan Polytechnic University, 454003, China zhengjx@hpu.edu.cn Keywords: Longitudinal-torsional vibration; Finite element analysis; Ultrasonic; Stepped horn; Vibration characteristics.
The material of the horn is 45 steel, the density ρ is 7 700 kg/m3, Young's modulus E is 206 GPa, Poisson's ratio σ is 0.28.
The deviation might be caused mainly by the inconformity of the actual and supposed material mechanical properties of the horn.
