To deal with this constraint, the search is on to look around for alternative materials for electronic device application and new methods for electronic device fabrication.
Such material is comprised of organic molecules, proteins, carbon materials, DNA and the list is endless which can be grown in the laboratory.
Biomolecules: DNA, Proteins, and Carbon materials: Carbon nanotubes, Graphene, etc.
Rather, carbon materials having intriguing electrical properties can be a very good future option for nanoelectronics. 4.1.
Carbon-based materials, like nanotubes or graphene, have also shown a better suited option as electrode materials for molecular electronics [46].

Current material used to achieve this component is a magnesium alloy “AZ91D”.
Companies that want to produce components using these types of materials, must adopt a very restrictive regulations, that make it possible to ensure safety of workers inside plant, however, by considerably increases cost of production.

Moreover, this may open new perspective for the development of high performance nanofibers and other nanomaterialssuch as drug delivery system materials and inclusion complexes.
Experimental Materials.Polyvinyl alcohol (98-99% Hydrolyzed with average molecular weight of 85,000-124,000), Glutaraldehyde (25 wt.% in water), and β-Cyclodextrin were supplied by Sigma-Aldrich.
Generally, amorphous materials are weaker than the crystalline ones with respect to its modulus.
The static sessile drop method is one of the widely used methods to determine hydrophilicity or hydrophobicity of materials.

Introduction Diamond thin films are widely used today because of their attractive features as new functional materials since chemical vapor deposition (CVD) methods have been developed [1-2].
Diamond is also expected to be a new kind of material in electronic industry for heat-sinks and even for active semiconductor devices.
To provide a convenient reference, we used material and dimensional parameters similar to those above.
