Fig. 2 shows the X-ray diffraction patterns of Al2O3/TiC/CaF2 ceramic materials prepared by hot pressing at 1700℃.
While, a large amount of added lubricant affects the strength of materials, and the mechanical strength of the material is low.

Thus, the self-lubricating ceramic tool materials can get the continuous ceramic matrix and form reticulate structures, and the solid lubricant is coated in the reticulate structures.

The authors made a classification and systematization of over thirty definitions of interdisciplinary links and formed a cluster of interdisciplinary links (see [3] and the article «Clusterization of Interdisciplinary Links (Physics and Chemistry)», which will be published in the next issue of the journal Advanced Materials and Researches).
Today’s science has been enriched by new theories – graphs, information, cluster analysis, against which the old problem of interdisciplinary links regenerates and gets the possibility of having a quantitative description and solutions.
Article [3] shows the picture of clusters of interdisciplinary links, this paper will only take a look at a conceptual cluster, which includes interdisciplinary links according to the belonging of structure object of links to groups of concepts, laws, theories, models, principles, methods sciences, facts.

However, in the experiment, the output form is voltage, the influence of temperature is very high to semiconductor material, the temperature of constant temperature trough is changing with ambient temperature from time to time, according to Ohm's law known, the output voltage will change from time to time, which explains the fluctuation in AD590 curve.
